Who is Hosting The Challenge?
Hey, I’m Lauren! I’m a registered nurse, certified reflexologist, and soon-to-be certified holistic nutrition consultant! I'm also a mom, wife and child of God! For over a decade, I struggled with debilitating anxiety, self-criticism and even paranoia in the week before my period. I felt lost and crazy, like I was failing my family, friends and God, with no ability to just “pull myself together”.
In 2020, I was diagnosed with PMDD, and that was the spark that helped me start making changes in my life. Fast forward almost 5 years through difficulty conceiving our daughter, gestation diabetes in pregnancy and postpartum anxiety, and I can say, by God's grace, I'm not the person I was back then!

I've learned so much along the way regarding holistic wellness, nutrition, habits, consistency, working WITH the natural rhythms God has given me and partnering with God through my struggles, and I want to be here to support you too!
My hope for this group challenge is that you will find the encouragement and accountability you need to understand your body more and work with it through natural health and wellness designed by God.
What To Expect
This challenge is housed in a Facebook Group called 8-Week Hormone Reset For Christian Women. In order to join, you need to request to be accepted to the group. New challenges will start every January, May and September. Check out the Facebook Group for the specific dates of when a challenge will start. If it's between a challenge, still come and join! There will still be weekly encouragement and support specific to hormone balance, emotional regulation and syncing with your menstrual cycle.

Each week, we will focus on a new area of health and wellness that will set the foundation for happy and healthy hormones. The difference with this challenge from others like it? You are inviting your Creator, the one who knows your body inside and out, the one who formed you and designed you, to be your partner on your journey. Talk about the potential for true transformation.

Every Monday you can expect a short video specific to that week, and from there you can jump into the homework that is bite-size and manageable. The best thing about this challenge is that you are not doing it alone. You'll have a community of other women who are wanting to make God the priority when it comes to their physical, mental and spiritual health.
