Holistic & Natural Wellness For Women's Reproductive Health

• Fertility • Menstrual Health • Pregnancy • Postpartum •â€‹â€‹

Come & Relax

It seems everything in our society is pushing us as women to go against the natural rhythms we were created with.

We're told to do more, push the boundaries and don't listen to your body.

Natural and real quickly turns into processed and fake, wreaking havoc on our bodies, hormones and nervous systems.

The nourishing role of womanhood or motherhood feels more like burnout, anxiety and perfectionism.

The mission at Her Body Sings is to invite you back to the natural, to help you slow down, prioritize whole body nourishment and listen to the song your body is singing.

Wherever you are on your reproductive health journey, welcome here. Come, relax and be rejuvenated.

Welcome Here

Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm the founder of Her Body Sings. For over a decade, I would struggle with debilitating anxiety, overwhelm and paranoid, irrational thinking in the week before getting my period. I felt lost, crazy and like there was something terribly wrong with me.

In 2020, I was diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which set me on a path of learning how to better care for my body, mind and hormones. Fast forward five years through difficulty conceiving our daughter, gestational diabetes and postpartum anxiety, and I can say, by God's grace, I've come a long way.

It's now my passion and desire to help women who are also struggling with their reproductive and mental health, and create a safe, relaxing, gentle and nourishing place to land.
